The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Edward Hensley, 46, of Baxter, was lodged in the detention center for drug court sanction on March 27;

• Ashley Slusher, 34, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 27. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Jessica Brock, 38, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on March 27. She was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

• Brandi Couch, 41, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on March 27. She was served with a bench warrant for court;

• Matthew Jones, 29, of Clarkesville, Georgia, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 28. He was charged with second-degree assault and alcohol intoxication in a public place;

• Cody Griffith, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 28. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence, no registration plates and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

• Brad Blevins, 45, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 29. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Kyle Napier, 46, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 30. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• George Caldwell, 42, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on M arch 30. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury);

• Jeffery Widner, 62, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 30. He was charged with operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license (DUI), theft by unlawful taking (under $500) and tampering with physical evidence;

• Tammy Wacks, 47, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 31. She was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Dustin Massingale, 35, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on March 31. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury);

• Ronald Williams, 44, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 2. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines.
