The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Melissa McKenzie, 33, of Vicco, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Julianne Davidson, 40, of Austin, Indiana, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Bill Combs, 35, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Ray Couch, 40, of Yerkes, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Devin Jones, 27, of Middlesboro, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• David Parsons, 37, of Pikeville, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• William Huff, 49, of Viper, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Calvin Estep, 33, of Ison, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Kalton Adkins, 30, of Myra, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Britt Combs, 40, of Bonnyman, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Michael Ritchie, 39, of Emmalena, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 21;

• Ronnie Whitehead, 53, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 21. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Robert Curry, 36, of Rio Vesta, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 22. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury);

• Tambrala Smith, 39, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Feb. 22. She was charged with third-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Michael Bennett, 24, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Feb. 23. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Christopher Cargle, 41, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 23. He was charged with a probation violation and two counts contempt of court;

• David Ball, 34, of Harlan, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Feb. 24. He was charged with a parole violation;

• Antonio Simmons, 43, of Cumberland, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 24;

• Toby Webb, 35, of Harlan, was lodged in the detention center for drug court on Feb. 24;

• Linda Smith, 53, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 24. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Matthew Hall, 32, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 26. He was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, two counts failure to appear and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Tracy Cloud, 29, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on Feb. 26. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Michael Mierzwikski, 41, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 27;

• John Allen, 48, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 27. He was charged with three counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, no registration plates, no registration receipt, registration and title requirements for vehicle not operational on highway, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence;

• Kenneth Davis, 60, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 27. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol).
