District Judge Scott Lisenbee was on hand Thursday evening to swear in recently elected school board members for the Harlan Independent School District. Former FRYSC coordinator Debby Howard and local business owner Virgil Eversole will join Will Miller for the newly elected term. They join current member Dr. Matthew Nunez. January is School Board Appreciation Month and district expresses appreciation to former and current board members for their service to the students and families of the Harlan Independent School District.
