Harlan County arrest records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Kaitlynn Helton, 22, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Ceneter officials on Aug. 23. She was charged with drug court sanction;

• Thomas Hersey, 45, of Corbin, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 23;

• Bobby Freeman, 49, of Pathfork, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on Aug. 23. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Brianna Middleton, 31, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 23. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Timothy Nedella, 56, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Aug. 23. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);

• David Rowlett, 49, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 23. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Roger Muncy, 39, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officers on Aug. 23. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Brandon Saylor, 33, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Aug. 24. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);

• Kelvin Barnes, 54, of Lexington, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 24. He was charged with failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Allen Fultz, 59, of Grays Knob, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 24. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest, third-degree terroristic threatening and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Nichole Evans, 38, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 24. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Brian Sturgill, 34, of Eolia, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 24. He was charged with four counts failure to appear;

• Tim Dixon, 40, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Aug. 24. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Sophie Farmer, 35, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Aug. 25. She was charged with two counts failure to appear and two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Angela Wyatt, 36, of Whitesburg, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Aug. 26. She was served with a parole violation warrant;

• Joshua Blevins, 27, of Kenvir, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Aug. 26. He was charged with contempt of court;

• John Hall, 56, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Aug. 26. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• James Gilbert, 62, of Louisville, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 26. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Shyrah Holman, 58, of Closplint, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 26. She was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);

• Jennifer Smith, 41, of Wallins, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Aug. 27. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Tommy Chasteen, 32, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Aug. 27. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, rear license not illuminated and failure to appear;

• Ashley Napier, 29, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 27. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Joshua Napier, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 27. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Brandon Trammel, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Aug. 27. He was charged with three counts failure to appear, second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot) and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Marcus Saylor, 18, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 27. He was charged with speeding (7 mph over limit), failure to wear seat belts, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no operator’s license, improper registration plate, possession of marijuana and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Chasity Phillips, 24, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Aug. 28. She was charged with drug court sanction;

• Yolonda Smith, 42, of Lexington, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Aug. 28. She was charged with two counts probation violation;

• Donald Rayborn, 27, of Elsmere, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28;

• Ryan Sweeney, 31, of Ohio, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28;

• Kristohper Baker, 48, of Erlanger, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28;

• Andrew Darrell, 29, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28;

• Justin Anderson, 32, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on Aug. 28. He was charged as a state inmate with second-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Benjamin Mercer, 28, of Veronna, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28;

• Aaron Sellers, 23, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28. He was charged as a fugitive from another state (warrant required);

• James Angel, 55, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28;

• Edward Sorensen, 46, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on Aug. 28. He was charged as a state inmate with failure to appear;

• Billy Anderson, 42, of Lawrence, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Aug. 28. He was charged as a fugitive from another state (warrant required).
