The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists that a bridge on KY 2007 at milepoint 3.2 in Wallins will be closed July 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The closure is necessary to allow contractors to perform load-testing operations. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route during the closure.

KYTC asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

The date, time and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
