Students in Devin Watts’ fourth- and fifth-grade science classes and Rachel Huff’s third grade science class recently participated in a science fair at Evarts Elementary School. Students worked tirelessly over the past several weeks researching about their experiments, forming a hypothesis, conducting tests and drawing conclusions. They also designed and organized display boards for their projects by cutting letters, typing their steps and added many other decorative visuals. Third grade winners included: Ella Card and Rylee Napier, first; Riley Anglian and Carson Madden, second; and Khloe Carr and Carly Smith, third. Fourth- and fifth-grade winners included: Cruz Galloway and Robert Pace, first; Braelynn Smith and Cheyanne Coots, second; and Braelynn Langley and Kylee Cottrell, third.
