Phyllis Napier, of Forever Home Realty, recently visited students at Harlan Elementary to present a book to the school library on behalf of the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors. During library class, she read the book Spaghetti in a Hot Dog Bun by Maria Dismondy to students. This story empowers children to always do the right thing and be proud of themselves, even when they are faced with a challenging person. She then presented the book to the school library to be added to the collection for student use. This project is part of LBAR’s goal to become involved with the area’s school systems in innovative ways that will positively shape the future of our community’s children.
