Smith scores 21 as Evarts coasts past Black Mountain
Evarts ran its season-long win streak to 10 by rolling past Black Mountain 44-11 on Tuesday as Jaylin Smith poured in 21 points and Alexis Branson added 12 for the Lady Cats.
Hanna Pace led the host Tigerettes with five points.
Evarts won 23-4 in the fifth- and sixth-grade game as Drucilla Brown paced a balanced attack with nine points.
Black Mountain won 4-1 in the fourth-grade game.
Evarts travels to Cawood on Thursday. Black Mountain plays host to James A. Cawood on Thursday.
