Cumberland Valley Area Development District (CVADD) and Cumberland Valley District Long Term Care Ombudsman Arlene Gibson recently donated drums and assorted percussion instruments to the residents at The Laurels Personal Care Home in Harlan. Gibson had presented sessions of “Health Rhythms” to the residents in the past and these residents and staff embraced the program. The Laurels is the only free-standing, non-profit personal care home in the Cumberland Valley District.
