‘Jailbirds’ take donations for Relay For Life

The annual Relay For Life Jail and Bail took place on Friday at the Harlan Food City entrance. People were able to make donations to “free” the jailbirds as part of a fundraiser for Relay For Life. The event was organized by Liz Harris Couch, chair of the Harlan County Relay For Life, with multiple community members participating for the cause.
