The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Cassandra Partin, 36, of Middlesboro, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Jan. 30;

• Phillip Daniels, 25, of Middlesboro, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate with failure to appear on Jan. 30;

• Barbara York, 50, of Middlesboro, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate with a probation violation on Jan. 30;

• Tracy Cloud, 29, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 31. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Tara Cox, 35, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on Jan. 31. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fines/fees;

• Charles Henry, 45, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Jan. 31. He was charged with second-degree indecent exposure, alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing;

• Paul Rouse, 28, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on Feb. 1. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Eric Muse, 31, of Somerset, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 1;

• Christopher Harness, 42, of Eubank, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 1;

• Jimmy Collett, 33, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on Feb. 1. He was charged with possession of an open alocholic beverage container in motor vehicle and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence;

• Randall Green, 55, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 1. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Monica Napier, 38, of Gulston, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Feb. 3. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Mary Lee, 55, of Lynch, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Feb. 3. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Collin Tenhundfeld, 26, of Northbend, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 3;

• Eric Craig, 40, of Owensville, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 3;

• Fabian Gilbert, 38, of Flemingsburg, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 3;

• James Hammonds, 38, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on Feb. 3. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• James Gilbert, 63, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 3. He was charged with three counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fines/fees;

• Jessica Bussell, 37, of Harrogate, Tenn., was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Feb. 3. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Gerald Foster, 52, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Feb. 4. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, four counts probation violation, failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Whitney Collins, 30, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on Feb. 4. She was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Bill Curnutt, 49, of Williamsburg, was lodged in the detention center for court transport on Feb. 5;

• Tryle Tutt, 43, of Zoe, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 5;

• Ernest Jones, 37, of Irvine, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 5;

• Kevin Jordan, 38, of Irvine, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Feb. 5.
