MANCHESTER, — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 11 Office advises motorists that KY 160 at milepoint 1.95 (Black Mountain) in Harlan County is temporarily closed due to removing blasting debris.

Estimated duration of the closure is two to three hours.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expected delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
