The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

  • Mary Dufresne, 37, of Science Hill, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on April;
  • Jeffery Glover, 27, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 3. He was charged with failure to appear, carrying a concealed weapon and fourth-degree assault (minor injury);
  • Fred Jones, 64, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 5. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury) and failure to appear;
  • Rocky Boyd, 59, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 5. He was charged with reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence;
  • Brandon Adams, 38, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 6. He was charged with three counts failure to appear and public intoxication of controlled substance;
  • David Milwee, 32, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 7. He was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence;
  • William Norris, 23, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 7. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (no visible injury) and first-degree criminal mischief;
  • Cortney Goodin, 26, of Kenvir, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 8. She was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury);
  • Michael Jackson, 43, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 8. He was charged with failure to appear;
  • Denver Blevins, 46, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 9. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence;
  • Catherine Griffith, 31, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 10. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor.
