Harlan County Arrest Records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Joanna Evans, 30, of Kenvir, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 5. She was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• James Stevens, 30, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 5. He was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, license to be in possession, failure to comply with helmet law (over age 21) and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Thomas Reynolds, 37, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 5. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Terrance Saylor, 52, of Flat Lick, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 5. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Travis Davidson, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 6. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Vincent McComb, 53, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 6. He was charged with third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and prescription controlled substance without proper container;

• Jonathan Ledford, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 7. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Justin Lewis, 29, of Barbourville, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 7. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Marilyn Goldsberry, 48, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 7. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Ariel Henry, 26, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 7. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Whitney Barrett, 25, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 7. She was charged with contempt of court;

• Jamie Harris, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 7. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury), second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot), public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and resisting arrest;

• Angela Robbins, 29, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 7. She was charged with failure to appear, public intoxication of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest;

• David Cosquilla, 43, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 8. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, having only one headlight, improper equipment, no registration receipt and no operator’s license;

• Frank Robinette, 26, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 8. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Jason Taylor, 26, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 8. He was charged with failure to appear, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, receiving stolen property (under $500), third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), prescription controlled substance without proper container and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Mark Wynn, 30, of Holmes Mill, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on July 8. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Jason Middleton, 34, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 9. He was charged with failure to wear seat belts, failure to/improper signal, reckless driving and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Johanna Krol, 34, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on July 9. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Devon Foster, 21, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on July 9. He was charged with contempt of court and drug court sanction;

• Matthew Hall, 31, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officials on July 9. He was charged with failure to appear, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license;

• Billy Brown, 21, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officials on July 10. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Terra Tuggle, 30, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on July 10. She was charged with drug court sanction;

• Ronald Williams, 43, of Coldiron, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on July 10. He was charged with second-degree fleeing/evading police (motor vehicle), disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving and speeding (25 mph over limit);

• Joyce Partin, 45, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 11. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Brandon Jones, 35, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 11. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Paul Rouse, 27, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on July 11. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Patricia Harris, 41, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 11. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Steven Mullins, 29, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on July 12. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Jesse Faulkner, 27, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 12. He was charged with failure to appear.
