The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• David White, 35, of Wallins, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on April 26. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Billy Brock, 31, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 27. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Jonathan Ledford, 33, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 27. He was served with a bench warrant for court;

• Jessica Helton, 37, of Rio Vista, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 27. She was charged with falsely reporting an incident, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Tina Burke, 47, of Lynch, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 28. She was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Joanna Akers, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 29. She was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and resisting arrest;

• Kendall Baker, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 30. She was charged with driving on a suspended license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal littering and non-payment of fines;

• Teresa Wells, 35, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 30. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Joseph Branham, 37, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 30. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Paula Mosley, 51, of Grays Knob, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 30. She was charged with two counts failure to appear, no operator’s license, operating on suspended/revoked license, reckless driving and failure to wear seat belts;

• Herman Anderson, 27, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky Fish and Wildlife officers on April 30. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Angela Anglian, 41, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 1. She was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and two counts failure to appear;

• Whitney Barrett, 25, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 1. She was charged with contempt of court;

• Justin Brown, 35, of Gulston, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 1. He was charged with two counts contempt of court and failure to appear;

• Melissa Winn, 43, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 2. She was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• John Gilliam, 53, of Pineville, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 2. He was charged with a serving bench warrant for court;

• Matthew Gibbons, 32, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 3. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and menacing.
