The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Dennis Smith, 35, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on March 22. He was charged with failure to appear and was given a citation for a misdemeanor;

• Gwendolyn Vick, 54, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 22. She was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);

• Tyler Middleton, 24, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on March 23. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Wesley Smith, 47, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 23. He was charged with careless driving, failure to wear seat belts, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, no moped operator’s license, communication device violation, second- and third-degree possession of controlled substance and prescription controlled substance without proper container;

• Ashley Slusher, 33, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 23. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Donald Hensley, 41, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 24. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Deborah Maiden, 46, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 24. She was charged with three counts of failure to appear;

• Michael Faustich, 52, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 24. He was charged with failure to appear, improper equipment, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, careless driving and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Jacob Helton, 28, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 28. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense) and resisting arrest;

• Robert Goins, 47, of Sunshine, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on March 24. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and shoplifting (under $500);

• Christa Baldwin, 39, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 26. She was charged with drug court sanction;

• Lewis Lamb, 37, of Kenvir, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 26. He was charged with four counts of failure to appear;

• Amy Allen, 33, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on March 26. She was charged with non-payment of fines;

• Mike Logan, 65, of Harlan, was arrested on March 27 and was charged with failure to appear;

• Eric Evans, 42, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 27. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Devon Foster, 21, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on March 28. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Jesse Manning, 34, of Ages, was arrested by Kentucky State Police on March 28. He was charged with menacing;

• Christian Walker, 23, of Totz, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on March 28. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault (minor injury);

• Robert Rice, 37, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police on March 28. He was charged with a serving bench warrant;

• William Leath, 41, of Coldiron, was arrested on March 29 and was charged with failure to appear.
