The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Karen Harris, 39, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 19. She was charged with communication device violation, reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid;

• Jamie Baker, 31, of Benham, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 19. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree terroristic threatening;

• Melissa Fee, 36, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 20. She was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Jerry Elliot, 19, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 20. He was charged with first-degree disorderly conduct, failure to appear, second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot) and third-degree criminal mischief;

• Kelvin Barnes, 55, of Lexington, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 20. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Michael Epperson, 32, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on March 21. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Jonathan Clem, 31, of Coalgood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 21. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Shaun Johnson, 30, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on March 21. He was served with a parole violation warrant;

• Marilyn Goldsberry, 49, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 22. She was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Lonnie Tippett, 40, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 22. He was charged with a parole violation;

• Rayquan Harper, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on March 22. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury) and resisting arrest;

• Shane Wilder, 36, of Calvin, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 22. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500), public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Brandy Lewis, 28, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 22. She was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500) and contempt of court;

• Charles Howard, 54, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 23. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Kenneth Day, 28, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 24. He was charged with fourth-assault (minor injury);

• Shyrah Holman, 58, of Closplint, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 26. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Flint Day, 41, of Whitesburg, was arrested by probation and parole officers on March 26. He was charged with a parole violation and two counts contempt of court;

• Angela Robbins, 30, of Grays Knob, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 26. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• John Deal, 37, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 26. He was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• James Petrey, 32, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 26. He was charged with contempt of court.
