The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Karlie Curry, 26, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 18. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Henry Cleaver, 41, of Totz, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 19. He was charged with three counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Ronnie Nantz, 44, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 19. He was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s licence (DUI), failure of owner to maintain required insurance and failure to produce insurance card;

• Eric Ison, 27, of Hazard, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on July 19;

• Jesse Napier, 26, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on July 19. He was charged with failure to appear;

• James Mills, 53, of Manchester, was arrested by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement officers on July 19. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Jimmy Collett, 32, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on July 19. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, reckless driving, improper start from parked position and failure to produce insurance card;

• Tommy Saylor, 53, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on July 19. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Teresa Wells, 35, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 19. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Denver Simpson, 40, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 19. He was charged with speeding (25 mph over limit), reckless driving, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Steven Fields, 54, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 19. He was charged reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operation motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Vickie Hoskins, 62, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 20. She was charged with failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• George Lawson, 39, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 20. He was charged with three counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Misty Osborne, 31, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 20. She was charged with a serving bench warrant for court;

• Sarah Halcomb, 24, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on July 20. She was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Cody Pace, 24, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on July 21. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Tommy Chasteen, 32, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 21. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Natalie Hall, 39, of Corbin, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on July 21. She was charged with three counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Willie Sanders, 51, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 21. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of marijuana and failure to wear seat belts;

• David Smallwood, 40, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 22. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Jessica Amburgey, 28, of Baxter, was arrested by probation and parole officers on July 22. She was charged with probation violation (for technical violation);

• Vanessa McClain, 33, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 22. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Tracy Thomas, 40, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on July 22. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Nicole Vestal, 39, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 22. She was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Bobbi Foley, 41, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 23. She was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Shaun Johnson, 30, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on July 24. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury) and third-degree terroristic threatening;

• Dakota Furgerson, 19, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jul 25. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Adam Hale, 38, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 25. He was charged with contempt of court.
