Harlan County Arrest Records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Kime Fluker, 37, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 19. She was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);

• Stephanie Holbrook, 25, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 19. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Tammy Jones, 39, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 19. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance;

• Whitney Collins, 30, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 20. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Theadore Lewis, 41, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 20. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Claude Miles, 53, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 20. He was charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place (third offense or greater within 12 months);

• Jonathan Ledford, 33, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 20. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and menacing;

• Angela Anglan, 42, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 20. She was charged with resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing/evading police and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Jennifer Partin, 37, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 21. She was charged with three counts non-payment of court costs;

• Aaron Robinson, 18, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 21. He was charged with reckless driving, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of marijuana, first-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Draven Greene, 23, of Kenvir, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 22. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Keenan Thompson, 21, of Salt Lick, was lodged in the detention center on April 23 as a state inmate;

• Thomas Ballard, 35, of Winchester, was lodged in the detention center on April 23 as a state inmate;

• Joseph McCarty, 43, of Owingsville, was lodged in the detention center on April 23 as a state inmate;

• Jonathan Brinegar, 32, of Winchester, was lodged in the detention center on April 23 as a state inmate;

• Jimmy Holbrook, 48, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 23. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of fines;

• Bryan Maciag, 45, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 23. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense) and drinking of an alcoholic beverage in a public place (second offense);

• Brittany Turner, 30, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 23. She was charged with two counts failure to appear, no operator’s license, driving of vehicle with only one headlight, giving an officer false identifying information and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license;

• Ronald Jenkins, 46, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 24. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Eric Evans, 42, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 24. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Anthony Rodriguez, 47, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 24. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Scott Sargent, 38, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 24. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Philip Burkhart, 43, of Grays Knob, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 24. He was charged with two counts theft by deception (including cold checks; under $500 each) and fraud use of a credit card (within a six-month period; under $500);

• Autumn Robbins, 33, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on April 24. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, all-terrain vehicle violation, license to be in possession, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

• Justin Lucas, 38, of Main Key, was lodged in the detention center on April 24 as a state inmate;

• Mitchell Ross, 42, of Letcher, was lodged in the detention center on April 24 as a state inmate;

• Mike Taylor, 57, of Neon, was lodged in the detention center on April 24 as a state inmate;

• Lisa Ramey, 52, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 24. She was charged with no operator’s license, failure to wear a seat belt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and non-payment of fines;

• Clark Brock, 34, of Lynch, was lodged in the detention center on April 24 as a state inmate;

• Timothy Hall, 44, of Dean, was lodged in the detention center on April 24 as a state inmate;

• Ronnie Hill, 42, of Elkhorn, was lodged in the detention center on April 24 as a state inmate;

• Edgar White, 37, of Blair, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 25. He was charged with possession of marijuana and trafficking marijuana (less than 8 ounces);

• Rebecca Jones, 43, of Hopkinsville, was arrested by probation and parole officers on April 25. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Dequan Simmons, 23, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 25. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and menacing.
