Man charged in alleged murder

The Kentucky State Police Post 10 detectives have arrested 28-year-old Matthew D. Clutts, of Evarts, in connection with the death of Sarah Jane Whitaker. Clutts was charged with murder and is lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center.
