The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Ashley Ball, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 14. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt and license to be in possession;

• Pete Rowe, 46, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 15. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Joshua Smith, 22, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 15. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Mary Bargo, 31, of Gulston, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 15. She was charged with failure to appear, four counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, contempt of court and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Danny Hatfield, 46, of Campbellsville, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 16. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Erica Edens, 28, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 16. She was charged with second-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified) and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Jeff Sizemore, 51, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 16. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Brandon Trammell, 33, of Verda, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 17. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court;

• Michael Cloud, 37, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 18. He was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

• Brandon Shackleford, 34, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 18. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (no visible injury) and failure to appear;

• Torie Webb, 18, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 18. She was charged with fourth-degree assault (no visible injury);

• Michael Amburgy, 37, of Pineville, was arrested by Harlan Police Department officers on March 19. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence, no operator’s license, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, no registration receipt and failure to produce insurance card.
