The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Jonathan Gibbson, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Jan. 4. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Dylan Cox, 19, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Jan. 4. He was charged with disregarding a stop sign, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, no registration plates and failure to produce insurance card;

• Harley Evans, 30, of Harlan, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Jan. 4;

• Timothy Hensley, 29, of Helton, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Jan. 4. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Kelly Bailey, 30, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Jan. 4. She was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Bobby Helton, 64, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Jan. 5. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Chris Blanton, 35, of Sunshine, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Jan. 5. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Charity Fulton, 40, of Monticello, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Jan. 6. She was charged with a parole violation;

• Danny Brown, 48, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Jan. 6. He was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

• Brian Anglian, 48, of Gulston, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 6. He was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• John Miracle, 60, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Jan. 7. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance and second-degree criminal mischief;

• Michael Bowling, 65, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 7. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Elizabeth Tolliver, 45, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Jan. 8. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, no registration plates, no registration receipt and failure to produce insurance card;

• Jonathon Ledford, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Jan. 9. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Rhonda Robinson, 43, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Jan. 9. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Jessica Jenkins, 33, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 9. She was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Wendall Jones, 39, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 9. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Donald Wallace, 46, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 9. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
