Harlan County Sheriff’s Office makes arrests

On Monday, deputies with the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Caldwell, 45, of Bledsoe.

Caldwell was arrested on a warrant obtained by deputies for first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine). He was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Bell County Circuit Court on a case for first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine). He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set.

Clinton North, 35, of Harlan was arrested on a Harlan County Circuit Court indictment for theft by unlawful taking (over $500). He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set.

Mitchell Napier, 36, of Evarts was arrested on a Pulaski County Circuit Court indictment for operation of motor vehicle while under the influence and first-degree wanton endangerment. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with a $15,000 full-cash bond.
