The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Melissa Winn, 44, of Day, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Dec. 27. She was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• David Burkhart, 50, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Dec. 27. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Todd Halcomb, 30, of Mary Alice, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Dec. 28. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines and failure to appear;

• Charlotte Halcomb, 29, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Dec. 28. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Miranda Jenkins, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Dec. 30. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Trisha Westfelt, 34, of Wallins, was arrested by probation and parole officials on Dec. 30. She was charged with a probation violation;

• Jeffrey Willig, 40, of Benham, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Dec. 30. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Jennifer Maggard, 38, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Dec. 31. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Bruce Madden, 25, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Dec. 31. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Nazareth Sanchez, 42, of Lynch, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 1. He was charged with reckless driving, no operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Evelyn Galloway, 53, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Jan. 1. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Jamela Gross, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 1. She was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Donald Wallace, 46, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 2. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place;

• Jimmy Cannon, 48, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Jan. 2. He was charged with no operator’s license and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Cody Mundy, 20, of Lexington, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 2. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Selena Moore, 32, of Williamsburg, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Jan. 3. She was charged with failure to appear.
