HC band members participate in All Festival

The Harlan County High School band recently had five members to participate in the 2019 SKMA All Festival Bands. Students from 11 schools in the Southeast area of the district came together to perform a concert with a few rehearsals spread across three days. The 70th annual event was held on the campus of the University of the Cumberlands. The students who performed in the ensembles are: Kaitlyn Day, Shaylee Farmer, Lillie Jenkins, Tessa Mumford and Jeffery Ramsey.
