The annual Harlan County Courthouse Caroling was held on Monday with fun and festive performances by the Harlan County Children’s Choir, Harlan County High School Choir, Harlan Musettes, Harlan Middle School Choir, Southeast Community Choir and Harlan Ecumenical Choir. Refreshments were served by the courthouse offices staff.
