The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Joey Tungate, 49, of Lebanon, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 22;

• Natesia Willer, 23, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 22. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Dennis Smith, 35, of Loyall, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Nov. 22. He was charged with a probation violation and contempt of court;

• Allison Robbins, 34, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 22. She was charged with no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Bobby Watts, 42, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Nov. 23. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Kelly Morgan, 49, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 23. He was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Megan Helton, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 24. She was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Derrick Polly, 29, of Linefork, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 24. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, no taillights, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, booster seat violations, registration/title requirements of motor vehicle not operational on highway, no registration receipt and no registration plates;

• Rebecka Cloud, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 25. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Gina Haynes, 51, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 25. She was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Joshua Pace, 26, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 26. He was charged with failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Marilyn Goldsberry, 48, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 26. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Christopher Blanton, 35, of Sunshine, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 26. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500), third-degree criminal trespassing and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Kim Carpenter, 29, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 26;

• Amanda Damron, 39, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 26;

• Karen Mayes, 52, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 26;

• Mary Moyers, 36, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 26;

• Laken Ratliff-Cox, 34, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 26;

• Lucinda Creech, 29, of Partridge, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 26. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Jason Callahan, 27, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 27. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Joyce Partin, 46, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on Nov. 27. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Levi Monroe, 29, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 27. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (first/second offense) and three counts contempt of court;

• Ralph Morgan, 44, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 27. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Ryan Barnes, 19, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 27. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Melvin Harris, 37, of Big Laurel, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 28. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing;

• Lester Napier, 39, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 28. He was charged with resisting arrest and menacing.
