The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Raymond Miller, 27, of Calvin, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Nov. 8. He was charged with a probation violation;

• Donald Bush, 38, of Owensboro, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 8;

• Christopher Poiles, 43, of Owensboro, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Nov. 8. He was charged with a probation violation;

• Paul Douglas, 65, of Owensboro, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Nov. 8. He was charged with a probation violation;

• Michael Byar, 41, of Vanceburg, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 8;

• Jeffrey Winters, 37, of Salt Lick, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 8;

• Michael Allen, 27, of Edgewood, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Nov. 8;

• Nick Holliman, 31, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 8. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing;

• Jamie Harris, 35, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Nov. 8. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Ronald Jenkins, 47, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 8. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Bentley Griffith, 28, of Kinvir, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 9. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Jonathan Johnson, 47, of Corbin, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 9. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Donnie Pace, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 9. He was served with a parole violation warrant;

• Karlie Curry, 26, of Ages, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 9. She was charged with operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, resisting arrest, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, speeding (16 mph over limit) and two counts failure to appear;

• Stephanie Baker, 33, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 10. She was charged with license to be in possession, reckless driving and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Bill Shepherd, 76, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 10. He was charged with fourth-degree assault;

• Brandon Trammell, 32, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 10. He was charged with possession of burglary tools, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal possession of forged instrument and possession of marijuana;

• Melissa Wardius, 31, of Paducah, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 11. She was charged with a parole violation;

• Kayla Helton, 24, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 11. She was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Gage Melton, 19, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 11. He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief;

• Sergio Loza-Compos, 36, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 12. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense) and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Freeman Saylor, 48, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 13. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Kenneth Petrey, 76, of Corbin, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 13. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and possession of marijuana;

• Robert Perkins, 45, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 13. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Shyrah Holman, 58, of Closplint, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 14. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Jason Shepherd, 38, of Lynch, was arrested by Benham Police Department officers on Nov. 14. He was charged with two counts failure to appear.
