The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Miranda Jenkins, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 1. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Jessica Brock, 38, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 1. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Yolonda Smith, 42, of Lexington, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 1. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Tyler Testa, 25, of Harlan, was arrested by court order and was lodged in the detention center on Nov. 1;

• Kenny Perkins, 41, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 1. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Sherri Nantz, 56, of Cranks, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 1. She was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500) and third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Deandra Fee, 36, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 1. She was charged with speeding (12 mph over limit), no registration plates, no registration receipt, registration/title requirements for motor vehicle not operational on highway and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Jerry Elliot, 44, of Coxton, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 1. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Amanda Dutton, 31, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 2. She was charged with license to be in possession, failure to notify address change to department of transportation and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Hobert Cornett, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 2. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Mary Davidson, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Nov. 2. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, non-payment of court costs/fees/fines and failure to appear;

• Chester Hubbard, 52, of Coxton was arrested on Nov. 2. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Robert Goins, 48, of Grays Knob, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 3. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Clint Jones, 49, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 3. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Tracy Cloud, 29, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 3. He was charged with second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot) and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Ginger Madden, 25, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 3. She was charged with four counts failure to appear and two counts non-payments of court costs/fees/fines;

• Derrick Cottrell, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 3. He was charged with a violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, two counts contempt of court and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• David Arwood, 51, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Nov. 3. He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking (under $500);

• Jerry Elliot, 18, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Nov. 3. He was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle, tampering with physical evidence, disregarding traffic light, no operator’s license, endangering the welfare of a minor and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid;

• Bryan Harris, 39, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Nov. 4. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• David Smith, 59, of Baxter, was arrested by probation and parole officials on Nov. 4. He was charged with four counts probation violation;

• Jared Dixon, 38, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 4. He was charged with possession of marijuana, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense) and third-degree burglary;

• Mary Bargo, 31, of Gulston, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 4. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Frank Norris, 29, of Dayhoit, was arrested by probation and parole officials on Nov. 5. He was charged with a parole violation;

• James Shepherd, 29, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Nov. 5. He was charged with two counts of probation violation;

• Leanna Napier, 28, of Middlesboro, was arrested by court order by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Nov. 5;

• Daniel Farley, 45, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 5. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Devon Foster, 21, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Nov. 6. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Mark White, 37, of Evarts, was arrested on Nov. 6 and was charged with contempt of court;

• John Bustle, 36, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Nov. 6. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Chasity Blevins, 46, of Molus, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 6. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance, menacing, resisting arrest and third-degree terroristic threatening;

• Jerry Gilbert, 67, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Nov. 7. He was charged with no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, license to be in possession and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
