The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Ashley Fournier, 29, of Nancy, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 25. She was charged with a probation violation and contempt of court;

• Larry Osborne, 29, of Cumberland, was arrested by probation and parole officials on Oct. 25. He was charged with a probation violation;

• Jerry Gilbert, 39, of Lexington, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 25. He was charged with contempt of court;

• James Parrott, 40, of Cumberland, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 25. He was charged with improper equipment, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, operation of motor vehicle with expired operator’s license and failure to appear;

• Willis Boggs, 43, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 25. He was charged with reckless driving, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, registration/title requirements of vehicle not operational on highway, no registration receipt and no registration plates;

• Jennifer Smith, 41, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 26. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Jonathan Clem, 30, of Coalgood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 26. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense);

• Joshua Nantz, 27, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 26. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, improper display of registration plates, no registration plates, failure to wear seat belts and reckless driving;

• Angela Collins, 30, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 26. She was charged with failure to appear;

• William Jennings, 41, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 27. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Samantha Jones, 24, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 27. She was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense) and second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Jessica Stewart, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 28. She was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Rebecka Cloud, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 28. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Derrick Cottrell, 36, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 28. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Lucas Pigg, 19, of Ash Camp, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 28;

• Melinda Massingale, 34, of Gulston, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 28. She was charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to notify change of address to the department of transportation and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Michael Partin, 48, of Clarksville, Tenn., was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 28. He was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to wear seat belts, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, disregard signals from officers directing traffic and reckless driving;

• Brandon Jones, 35, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on Oct. 29. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Christopher Stewart, 30, of Cawood, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Oct. 30. He was charged with a probation violation;

• Shawn Ashley, 21, of Totz, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Oct. 31. He was charged with possession of marijuana and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Destiny Adams, 18, of Lynch, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 31. She was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle, second-degree wanton endangerment and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Allen Fultz, 60, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 31. He was charged with failure to appear.
