The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Leroy Jones, 21, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 18. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury), second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense);

• Roy Jones, 48, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 18. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury), second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense);

• Jason Mills, 39, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 18. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Rodney Irvin, 21, of Russell Springs, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 19. He was charged with reckless driving, speeding (15 mph over limit), failure to wear seat belts, rear license not illuminated, failure to produce insurance card and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Curtis Pace, 52, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 19. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Robert Rice, 38, of Hulen, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 20. He was charged with third-degree burglary;

• Stacey Hensley, 40, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 22. She was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500) and third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Tonia Hill, 46, of Cumberland, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Oct. 23. She was charged with a probation violation;

• Gary Turner, 50, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 24. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense), menacing and resisting arrest;

• Ryan Sanders, 30, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 24. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Heather Bargo, 33, of Putney, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 24. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Allen Curry, 36, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 24. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Jason Callahan, 27, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 24. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Keith Turner, 27, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 24. He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument;

• Ryan Saylor, 25, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 24. He was charged with failure to appear and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Josh Harris, 37, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Oct. 25. He was served with a bench warrant for court.
