Harlan County arrest records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Sophie Farmer, 36, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on Oct. 11. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Michael North, 42, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 11. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Christopher Sergeant, 45, of Cranks, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 11. He was charged with alcohol intoxication (first and second offense);

• Elizabeth Thacker, 39, of Cranks, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 11. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and possession of marijuana;

• Jason Middleton, 35, of Gulston, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 11. He was charged with improper display of registration plates, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, menacing, resisting arrest, failure to produce insurance card, three counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, serving parole violation warrant and failure to appear;

• Bobby Price, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 11. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Dakota Brock, 18, of Pathfork, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct.12. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);

• Charles Penny, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 12. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), menacing, resisting arrest and fourth-degree (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Brittany Boggs, 29, of Harlan, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 12. She was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Carl Crider, 35, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 12. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking (under $500), speeding (20 mph over limit), failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and license to be in possession;

• Angie Osborne, 31, of Whitesburg, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Oct. 12. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Susanna Williams, 36, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 13. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Stella Qualls, 38, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 13. She was charged with two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Joshua Napier, 32, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 13. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Allison Robbins, 33, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 13. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Robin Middleton, 54, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 14. She was charged with receiving stolen property (under $500);

• Carla Johnson, 32, of Lejunior, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 14. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Pete Rowe, 46, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 14. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and possession of marijuana;

• Jonathan Arvin, 29, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 14. He was charged with reckless driving, license to be in possession, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to appear;

• Liston Shepherd, 27, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 15. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Tracy Thomas, 41, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office on Oct. 15. She was charged with contempt of court;

• James Shepherd, 29, of Holmes Mill, was arrested by court order by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 15;

• Geneva Ealy, 42, of Pathfork, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 15. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Erika Letanosky, 30, of Lynch, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 15. She was charged with contempt of court and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Amanda Powell, 44, of Berea, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 16. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Vengie Sizemore, 38, of Cawood, was lodged in the detention center for drug court sanction on Oct. 16;

• Grover Botkin, 55, of Madison, was lodged in the detention center on Oct. 16 to be held for court;

• Brittany Smith, 28, of Putney, was lodged in the detention center on Oct. 16 to be held for court;

• William Williams, 40, of Middlesboro, was lodged in the detention center on Oct. 16 to be held for court;

• Tyrone Smith, 47, of Evarts, was lodged in the detention center on Oct. 16 to be held for court;

• Ronnie Penny, 34, of Kenvir, was lodged in the detention center by court order on Oct. 17;

• Corey Napier, 34, of Loyall, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Oct. 17. She was charged with a serving parole violation warrant;

• Jamie Brackett, 33, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 17. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Matthew Hall, 31, of Mary Alice, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 17. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Bobby Foley, 41, of Mary Alice, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 17. She was charged with rear license not illuminated, failure to wear seat belts, improper equipment, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license (DUI; second offense), operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and two counts failure to appear.
