The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Jesse Napier, 26, of Baxter, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 4. He was charged with three counts failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Angel Lawson, 35, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 5. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Fess Polly, 41, of Linefork, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 5. He was charged with failure to wear seat belts, no operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to appear;

• Hayley Banks, 24, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Oct. 5. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and vehicle with only one headlight;

• Michael Gross, 56, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 5. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Zachary Keith, 23, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 5. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Devon Foster, 21, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 5. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Samantha Jones, 24, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 6. She was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);

• Francesca Casteel, 31, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 6. She was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Sherri Stewart, 49, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Oct. 6. She was charged with contempt of court;

• Tommy McMillon, 27, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 6. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Kaitlyn Taulbee, 20, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Oct. 6. She was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Samantha Fox, 27, of Evarts, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Oct. 7. She was charged with a parole violation;

• Ronald Williams, 43, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 7. He was charged with second-degree fleeing/evading police (motor vehicle), disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving, speeding (25 mph over limit), ATV violations and failure to comply with helmet law (over 21 years of age);

• Tara Thomas, 41, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 8. She was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts failure to appear and contempt of court;

• James Fowler, 34, of Springfield, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 8;

• Tonia Stinnett, 46, of Lexington, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 8;

• Daniel Stinnett, 36, of Lexington, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 8;

• Tiffany Franklin, 31, of Harrodsburg, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 8;

• Adam Masuck, 33, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 9;

• Jonathon Terry, 36, of Standford, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 9;

• David Bartley, 50, of Harrodsburg, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Oct. 9;

• James Nantz, 32, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 9. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Robert Rice, 38, of Hullen, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 9. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Christopher Robbins, 34, of Wallins, was lodged in the detention center on Oct. 9 to be held for court;

• Pete Rowe, 46, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 9. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense) and possession of marijuana;

• Tyler Testa, 25, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 9. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Tammy Saylor, 45, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Oct. 10. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Travis Rutherford, 33, of Pineville, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Oct. 10. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Shari Roberts, 34, of Cranks, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Oct. 10. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, no operator’s license and second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Jessica Powell, 38, of Lynch, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Oct. 11. She was charged with giving an officer false identifying information.
