The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Kerstin Hanke, 25, of Harlan, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Sept. 19. She was charged with failure to wear seat belts, no operator’s license and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Frank Allen, 40, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 19. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Alicia Green, 34, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 19. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Thomas Smith, 35, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 19. He was served with a parole violation warrant;

• Edward Hensley, 45, of Baxter, was arrested by probation and parole officers on Sept. 20. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Lyndsey Fryman, 24, of Lexington, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 21. She was served with a parole violation warrant;

• Victor Anglian, 42, of Baxter, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Sept. 21. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Pete Rowe, 46, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 21. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, no registration receipt, no registration plates, improper display of registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, license to be in possession, operation of vehicle with expired operator’s license, two counts of failure to appear and non-payment of fines;

• David Mitchell, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 21. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Travis Davidson, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Sept. 21. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• William Galloway, 27, of Partridge, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 21. He was charged with failure to wear seat belts, no operator’s license, no registration plates, no registration receipt, registration/title requirements for vehicle no operational on highway, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Christopher Ingram, 21, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 21. He was charged with rear license not illuminated, no operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to appear;

• Thomas Farrow, 30, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 21. He was charged with possession of marijuana, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and license to be in possession;

• Tracy Cloud, 29, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 23. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Randy Blair, 54, of Holmes Mill, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Sept. 24. He was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

• Terry McMillion, 53, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Sept. 24. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, no operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

• David Hensley, 30, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on Sept. 24. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Patricia Mitchell, 27, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Sept. 25. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Tammy Jones, 39, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Sept. 26. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines.
