Lt. Governor candidate meets miners to show her support

Coleman also visited Wallins Elementary School to tour the school and learn more about the issues facing Harlan County schools, including funding, facilities, staffing and more. The declining enrollment, loss of property valuation and closing loopholes in state laws that impact Kentucky schools were also addressed.
