The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Rebecka Cloud, 32, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 28. She was charged with failure to appear;
• Tasha Montanaro, 34, of Harlan, was arrested on June 28. She was charged with a weekend court order;
• Randall Duncan, 26, of Ashland, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 28. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);
• Aaron Sowards, 18, of Wheelerburg, Ohio, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 28. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);
• Charles Sizemore, 37, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 28. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Virgil Craig, 35, of Pathfork, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 29. He was charged with two counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
• Ronald Wynn, 44, of Closplint, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 29. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and possession of marijuana;
• Preston Saylor, 52, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 29. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Brittany Howard, 27, of Tazewell, Tenn., was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 29. She was charged with failure to appear;
• Robert Goins, 47, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 29. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);
• Dewayne Nicley, 42, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 29. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
• Jamie Brackett, 33, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 29. He was charged with nine counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
• Donald Hensley, 41, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 29. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Anthony Smith, 45, of Nolansburg, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 30. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);
• Adam Smith, 32, of Kenvir, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 30. He was charged with failure to appear;
• John Monroe, 47, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 1. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;
• Abelardo Alavez, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on July 1. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, no operator’s license, failure to wear a seat belt and failure to use child restraint device in vehicle;
• James Hamblin, 42, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 2. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), possession of marijuana, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest;
• Jason Middleton, 34, of Cranks, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 2. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);
• Charles Penny, 32, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on July 3. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and first-degree disorderly conduct;
• Leslie Smith, 30, of Smith, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on July 3. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;
• Shane Eversole, 40, of Harlan, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on July 3. He was charged with no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, license to be in possession and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;
• Jeff Sizemore, 51, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 4. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, failure to wear a seat belt and license to be in possession;
• Melody Milton, 55, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on July 4. She was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);
• Heather Anderson, 43, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on July 5. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, second- and third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), license to be in possession and failure to wear a seat belt.
