Harlan County arrest records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Ryan Duckworth, 42, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 21. He was charged with contempt of court and failure to appear;

• Brandon Adams, 37, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 21. He was charged with failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Jennifer Harris, 47, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 21. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, reckless driving, no registration plates, no registration receipt, display of illegal/altered registration plate, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and license to be in possession;

• Charles Penny, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on June 21. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication of controlled substance and menacing;

• Brooke McCreary, 38, of Lexington, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 21. She was charged with contempt of court;

• Lucas Davis, 25, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 22. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Nicholas Hoskins, 23, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 22. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Carlos Couch, 39, of Decatur, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 22. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, driving on suspended operator’s license (DUI), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle and failure to notify change of address to the department of transportation;

• Ricky Deal, 42, of Putney, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on June 23. He was charged with rear license not illuminated, possession of marijuana and second-degree wanton endangerment (police officer);

• Tonya Perkins, 34, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 23. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Chester Hubbard, 52, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 23. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (dating violence; no visible injury), failure to produce insurance card, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Kristi Turner, 43, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 23. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Charles Penny, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 24. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Jeremiah Maynard, 31, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 24. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing;

• Oscar Smith, 43, of Cawood, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 25. He was charged with three counts contempt of court;

•Pamela Johnson, 28, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 25. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines and two counts failure to appear;

• Tyler Pollitte, 34, of Owensboro, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 26. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);

• Getael Fuson, 47, of Barbourville, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 26. He was charged with two cou nts flagrant non-support;

• Richard Cooper, 36, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 26. He was charged with failure to appear, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, flagrant non-support and contempt of court;

• Raymond Philpot, 40, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 26. He was charged with five counts failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Victoria Gray, 37, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 26. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Derek Domingo, 30, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 27. He was charged with operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, three counts failure to appear and rear license not illuminated;

• James Adams, 42, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement officers on June 27. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Joshua Starrett, 29, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 27. He was charged with a serving bench warrant for court;

• Kevin Barnard, 33, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on June 28. He was charged with flagrant non-support and failure to appear;

• George Abbot, 37, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on June 28. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, no registration plates, no registration receipt, rear license not illuminated, failure to wear seat belts and no tail lamps;

• Carlos Couch, 39, of Decatur, Tennessee, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 28. He was charged with failure to appear.
