The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Jonathan Ledford, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on June 7. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and possession of drug paraphernalia;
• John Payne, 25, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 7. He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief;
• Larry Cornett, 40, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 7. He was charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury), improper passing and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license;
• Brianna Middleton, 30, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 7. She was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to wear seat belts and failure to appear;
• Timothy Foley, 30, of Mary Alice, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 7. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Charles Saylor, 44, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 8. He was charged with failure to wear seat belts, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, improper display of registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure to notify change of address to department of transportation, no registration plates, no registration receipt, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, three counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, two counts failure to appear and contempt of court;
• Susanna Williams, 35, of Wallins Creek, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 8. She was charged with failure to appear;
• Benny Back, 32, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 8. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
• Matthew Gibbons, 32, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 8. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, prescription controlled substance without proper container and second-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified);
• George Hill, 24, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on June 9. He was charged with a serving parole violation warrant;
• Joshua Lee, 21, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 9. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Candice Fee, 36, of Gulston, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 9. She was charged with failure to appear;
• Laura Benge, 40, of Barbourville, was arrested by Probation and Parole officers on June 10. She was charged with a parole violation (for technical violation);
• Victoria Wilkie, 25, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 10. She was charged with drug court sanction;
• Franklin Saylor, 22, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 10. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);
• Bobby Johnson, 30, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 10. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
• Anthony Carr, 29, of Kenvir, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 10. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license;
• Jeromey Smith, 46, of Smith, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 10. He was charged with no brake lights, improper equipment and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;
• Zachary Keith, 22, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 10. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, non-payment of court costs/fees/fines, failure to appear and contempt of court;
• Joseph Davidson, 32, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 10. He was charged with giving an officer false identifying information, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and third-degree criminal trespassing;
• Anthony Rodriguez, 47, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 11. He was charged with drug court sanction;
• Danny Blevins, 45, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 11. He was charged with improper passing, failure to/improper signal, failure to wear seat belts, reckless driving, no operator’s license and two counts failure to appear;
• Deborah Dillman, 54, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on June 11. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
• Arthur Neal, 49, of Coalgood, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 12. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Robert Witt, 26, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 12. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Leslie Saylor, 27, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 12. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Bryan Thompkins, 29, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 13. He was charged with a serving parole violation warrant.
