The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Brandon Webb, 35, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 24. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and three counts non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

•Teresa Clem, 49, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 25. She was charged with two counts failure to appear, two counts non-payment of fines and public intoxication with controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Floyd Boring, 38, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 25. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Eric Morales, 36, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 25. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; no visible injury);

• Keith Turner, 28, of Putney, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 26. He was charged with operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, improper equipment, improper/no windshield, failure to wear seat belts, two counts failure to appear and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Bobby Fleenor, 40, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 26. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in public place (second offense) and second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Billy Little, 63, of Jackson, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 26. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Jessica Henson, 38, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 27. She was charged with a serving bench warrant for court;

• Jennifer Hall, 41, of Wallins, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 27. She was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing;

• Donald Sanders, 35, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 27. He was charged with three counts failure to appear and two counts contempt of court;

• April Hall, 47, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 27. She was charged with two counts contempt of court and two counts failure to appear;

• Anthony Rodriguez, 47, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 29. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Victoria Wilkie, 25, of Harlan, was arrested on May 29. She was charged with drug court sanction;

• James Skidmore, 31, of Coldiron, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on May 29. He was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;

• Robert Goins, 47, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 29. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing;

• Alavez Abelardo, 32, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 29. He was charged with no operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle;

• John Donahue, 46, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 30. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary;

• Amanda Pace, 31, of Harlan, was arrested by Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 30. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fees/fines.
