Harlan County Arrest Records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:
• David Mitchell, 33, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 17. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid and driving on a suspended license (DUI);
• Christopher Wilson, 35, of Wooten, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 18. He was charged with failure to appear;
• Megan Helton, 30, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 18. She was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;
• James Brock, 52, of Sunshine, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 20. He was charged with failure to appear and theft of services;
• Homer Boggs Jr., 44, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on May 20. He was charged with a probation violation;
• Ronald Wynn, 44, of Closplint, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 20. He was charged with two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening;
• Wendell Jones, 39, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 20. He was charged with driving on a suspended license (DUI), possession of marijuana and no operator’s license (moped);
• William Sullivan, 51, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 21. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) minor injury;
• William Cox, 37, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on May 21. He was charged with a parole violation;
• Eric Evans, 42, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 22. He was charged with a drug court sanction;
• Miranda Jenkins, 30, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on May 22. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, menacing, first-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, and theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting (under $500);
• Donald Buell, 48, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 22. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, reckless driving, license to be in possession and operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license;
• Michelle Harp, 37, of Harlan, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on May 22. She was charged with failure to wear seat belts and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs;
• Randy Gilbert, 35, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on May 23. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree stalking and public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol);
• Jason Callahan, 27, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 23. He was charged with two counts of non-payment of fines.
