The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• David Saylor, 47, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on May 3. He was charged with failure to appear and non-payment of courts costs/fees/fines;

• Shianne Sexton, 22, of Hallie, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 4. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Roy Maggard, 43, of Putney, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 4. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Gloria Mefford, 33, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 4. She was charged with a serving bench warrant for court;

• Christopher Sergent, 45, of Cranks, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 5. He was charged with two counts non-payment of fines and contempt of court;

• Donny Gilbert, 55, of Wallins, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 6. He was charged with third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), failure to illuminate headlights, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and three counts non-payment of fines;

• Jerrick Dunson, 18, of Lynch, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 7. He was charged with disregarding a stop sign, possession of marijuana, having another person purchase alcohol/possession of alcohol of person 18-20 and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Robert Witt, 26, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 7. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Jackie Anderson, 57, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on May 7. He was charged with non-payments of court costs/fees/fines;

• Brian Saylor, 44, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 9. He was charged with license to be in possession and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Danny Jones, 66, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 9. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• James Brock, 40, of Asher, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on May 9. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Leonard Powers, 21, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on May 9. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);

• Emma Osborne, 41, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 9. She was charged with non-payment of court costs/fines/fees;

• Karl Snider, 27, of Brandenberg, was lodged in the detention center on May 10 as a state inmate;

• Jay Ochoa, 34, of Cave, was lodged in the detention center on May 10 as a state inmate.
