The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• James Wade, 64, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 12. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card and rear license not illuminated;

• Dustin Robinson, 34, of Coalgood, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on April 13;

• William Burchett, 35, of Martin, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on April 13. He was charged with receiving stolen property (under $500);

• Brian Sturgill, 33, of Eolia, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 13. He was served with a bench warrant for court;

• Elizabeth Taulbee, 34, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 14. She was charged with failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to notify address change to the department of transportation;

• Cathy Rivers, 55, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 14. She was charged with failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Juanita Couch, 28, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 15. She was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and failure to register/transfer of motor vehicle;

• April York, 40, of Cumberland, was arrested by court order by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 16;

• Joshua Reynolds, 30, of Coldiron, was arrested on April 16 by court order;

• Jessica Adams, 26, of Cumberland, was arrested by court order by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 16;

• William Warner, 44, of Frankfort, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 16. He was charged with contempt of court and shoplifting (under $500);

• Dewey Peggs, 44, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement officers on April 17. He was charged with two counts non-payment of fines;

• Johnny Smith, 49, of Pineville, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on April 17. He was charged with non-payment of fines;

• Jeremy Thompson, 39, of Coldiron, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 17. He was served with a parole violation warrant and was charged with failure to appear;

• Michael Johnson, 31, of London, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on April 18. He was charged with third-degree burglary;

• Jessica Nichols, 36, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 18. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Stephanie Mosley, 33, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 19. She was charged with non-payment of fines and failure to appear;

• Charles Sizemore, 37, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 19. He was charged with three counts failure to appear;

• Donna Foley, 31, of Mary Alice, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 19. She was charged with contempt of court;

• William Jennings, 41, of Loyall, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on April 19. He was charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, third-degree possession of controlled substance and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
