The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• John Adams, 43, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 5. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;

• Floyd Creech, 51, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 5. He was charged with contempt of court;

• Billy Roark, 37, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 5. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and contempt of court;

• Charles Penny, 32, of Ages, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on April 5. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and third-degree criminal trespassing;

• Betty Fields, 29, of Viper, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 5. She was charged with failure to appear and probation violation;

• Brett Farley, 19, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on April 5. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot), criminal littering, third-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Pamela Holden, 59, of Ages, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 6. She was charged with public intoxication with a controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and possession of marijuana;

• Cledieth Montgomery, 58, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 6. He was charged with non-payment of fines;

• Kevin Perrault, 49, of Richmond, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 6. He was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Daniel Miller, 69, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 6. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Daniel Blevins, 43, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on April 6. He was charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, second-degree disorderly conduct and failure to appear;

• Matthew Gibbons, 31, of Loyall, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 7. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Russel Jones, 62, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 7. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Johnny Halcomb, 28, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 7. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and two counts serving bench warrant for court;

• Tiffany Kincaid, 32, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 7. She was charged with shoplifting (under $500), second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and two counts failure to appear;

• William Farley, 21, of Evarts, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 7. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury) and failure to appear;

• Faith Jenkins, 25, of Wise, Virginia, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 7. She was charged as a fugitive with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury) and failure to appear;

• Lenora Campbell, 43, of Kenvir, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 8. She was second-degree disorderly conduct, drinking of alcohol beverage in public place (second offense) and alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);

• Justin Caldwell, 19, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on April 8. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle;

• Trisha Westfelt, 33, of Tremont, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 8. She was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Dustin Goodie, 26, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on April 8. He was charged with a serving bench warrant for court and contempt of court;

• Jesse Napier, 26, of Baxter, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on April 9. He was charged with contempt of court, failure to appear, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to wear seat belts, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to transfer/register motor vehicle;

• Devon Foster, 21, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 9. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• David Allen, 32, of East Burnstat, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officers on April 9. He was charged with trafficking controlled substance;

• Jennifer Smith, 41, of Wallins Creek, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 9. She was charged with speeding (26 mph or more than speed limit) and license to be in possession;

• Johnny Ward, 65, of Middlesboro, was arrested on April 9. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and non-payment of fines;

• Kayla Ewing, 25, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 9. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Colby Wilson, 23, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 9. He was charged with two counts failure to appear and contempt of court;

• Brandon Adams, 37, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on April 10. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Justin McQueen, 31, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 10. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Angela Anglian, 41, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on April 10. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Jess Collett, 53, of Asher, was arrested on April 10. He was charged with failure to appear;

• David Pendleton, 48, of Partridge, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on April 10. He was charged with reckless driving, failure to/improper signal and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;

• Timothy Barley, 30, of Pikeville, was arrested on April 11. He was charged with possession of controlled substance;

• Christopher Lewis, 39, of Benham, was arrested on April 11 by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies. He was charged with two counts of contempt of court;

• Joseph Roark, 29, of Evarts, was arrested on April 11 by Evarts Police Department officers. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Brittany Roark, 24, of Evarts, was arrested on April 11 by Evarts Police Department officers. She was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct;

• Ronnie Nantz, 43, of Harlan, was arrested on April 12 by Harlan City Police Department officers. He was charged with two counts of failure to appear.
