The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

• Emily Brown, 19, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on March 16. She was charged with failure to/improper signal, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and endangering the welfare of a minor;

• John Allen, 47, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officers on March 17. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of controlled substance, failure to appear and non-payment of fines;

• Ronald Halcomb, 36, of Cumberland was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 17. He was charged with failure to appear;

• James Sizemore, 39, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 17. He was charged with serving parole violation warrant, public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol) and third-degree criminal mischief;

• Victoria Wilkie, 25, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on March 17. She was charged with failure to appear;

• Michael Earls, 34, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky Fish and Wildlife officers on March 18. He was charged as a fugitive from another state;

• Jonathan Johnson, 46, of Corbin, was arrested on March 18. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Charles Gilbert, 65, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 18. He was charged with speeding (18 mph over the limit), third-degree trafficking of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, improper equipment and failure to wear seat belts;

• Gray Turner, 50, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 19. He was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO;

• Dexter Davidson, 59, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on March 19. He was charged with a serving bench warrant;

• Tommy Saylor, 52, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on March 19. He was charged with failure to appear;

• Travis Davidson, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 20. He was charged with drug court sanction;

• Bobbi Foley, 41, of Mary Alice, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on March 20. She was charged with two counts of failure to appear;

• Tice Grubbs, 43, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 20. He was charged with a serving bench warrant;

• Charlene Hall, 38, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 20. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);

• Jessica Logan, 32, of Cawood, was arrested by Loyall Police Department officers on March 20. She was charged with three counts non-payment of fines, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol (second offense), operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license and failure to produce insurance card;

• Jessica Smith, 32, of Benham, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 20. She was charged with drug court sanction;

• Brett Farley, 19, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on March 21. He was charged with fourth-degree assault resulting in minor injury (domestic violence) and third-degree terroristic threatening.

• Michael Ingram, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on March 21. He was charged with first-degree criminal mischief;

• William Delph, 21, of Lejunior, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 21. He was charged with court order and contempt of court.
