Two-car collision in front of Harlan ARH

At approximately 12:20 p.m., Kentucky State Police received a call about a two-car collision on U.S. 421 across from Harlan ARH.
The investigation indicates that a gold Ford Edge was traveling north on U.S. 421 when a black Chevy Malibu, traveling west, collided with the car.
Both drivers say they had the green light, but there were no witnesses.
The Chevy Malibu consisted of a driver and two female passengers, two of which were transported to the hospital by Trans Star Ambulance Service. They were treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Ford Edge was taken to the hospital by her parents for treatment of minor injuries.
All involved in the collision were wearing seat belts. KSP does not suspect the use of alcohol or drugs.
The collision is under the investigation of KSP Trooper Andy Soltess.
