Harlan Independent School recently held fourth- through eighth-grade grade and district level spelling bees. The district spelling bee winner was fifth-grader Sayed Drama, and sixth-grader Maddox Huff was the runner up. Daama will go on to compete in the Harlan County Spelling Bee.
