Walk your way to better health by joining the Harlan County Walking Club, which meets from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday at the Harlan County High School indoor track.

Free and open to the public year round, all ages are welcome to walk, jog or run at their own pace.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity aerobic activity for adults, and 60 minutes a day of physical acuity for children.

Participants may enter at the top left gym entrance (four brick columns facing U.S. 119.)
