Board members take oath of office

Harlan County Judge-Executive Dan Mosley recently administered the oaths of office to members of the Harlan County Board of Education. Wallace Napier, right, was unopposed and to represent District 4, which includes the Clover Fork area. Wes Sheffield ran unopposed and will represent District 5, the Tri-City and upper Clover Fork area. Sheffield replaces his wife, Pam, who chose not to seek reelection after serving the children of Harlan County for four terms totaling 16 years.
