MANCHESTER — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists that a portion of KY 2430 in Harlan County (milepoint 1.3) will closed beginning June 25 at 7 a.m. and is expected to conclude June 26 at 6 p.m.

The road closure is necessary to allow District 11 crews to perform maintenance operations.

KYTC asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

The date, time and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
