Two good old boys from Harlan County are making a difference in Central Florida. Dave Robinson is a quality assurance supervisor, and Mark Gibson is the resident engineer for the U.S. Army Corps Engineers central office located in Ft. Myers, Florida. Both are assigned to Operation Florida Strong, Blue Roof Mission and are members of the Nashville District. Robinson is assigned to Martins Fork Dam. Oddly enough Martins Fork Dam was Mark’s first project with the Corps of Engineers.
